Give your name, phone number and address, the date, time and place of your appointment as well as its projected length of time.

Our ride coordinator will put out your request to our drivers and then, when a driver volunteers, you will receive a phone call to inform you of the name of your driver.

 

Your driver will call you the day before to introduce themselves and confirm the time of pickup and other details.
