FISH is a 501(c)(3) recognized as a charity by both the IRS and the state of Connecticut. Our dedicated volunteers in New Fairfield, CT provide free, non-emergency rides Monday through Friday from 9AM until 6PM for residents who cannot drive themselves. Rides are not available on weekends or holidays and are weather permitting.

FISH of New Fairfield started providing rides in March of 2022.  Our drivers accept no payments for the rides that they provide.   However, charitable donations are always welcome. We fundraise at community events throughout the year to cover our insurance costs, website upkeep and required filings of state reports.

Drivers for FISH take New Fairfield residents to medical and dental appointments in and around the New Fairfield, Danbury, Bethel, New Milford, Brookfield and Brewster area.
